Our relationship doesn’t end when your puppy trots into your home—it truly begins there. As lifelong dog lovers and experienced puppy counselors, we’re confident in the health and vitality of the puppies we raise. Yet, we recognize that a dog’s well-being is shaped by many factors including genetics, diet, daily care, and lifestyle. We’re here to guide you through every step of puppy parenthood, offering health tips and ongoing support whenever you need us.

 Coverage You Can Count On

Should the unexpected happen, we offer the following protections:

• In the rare event of death within one year from the purchase date due to a genetic or health disorder, we will replace your puppy with one of equal value, free of charge.
• If a serious health condition is diagnosed within the first year that adversely affects your puppy’s quality of life, we will provide a replacement of equal value.

All claims must be supported with a signed health report from a licensed veterinarian, submitted to us via email. This ensures transparency and helps us better serve future puppies and their families.

To validate this health guarantee:

• Please submit a copy of your puppy’s health examination (conducted by a licensed vet) within 10 business days of receiving your puppy.
• This document is essential to establish a baseline of your puppy’s condition and to confirm that the initial handoff was smooth and worry-free.
